Units 22A & B Sold

Both units in the building currently under construction are sold. Occupancy is expected mid-summer 2012. Excavation for the construction of the last Townhome building, consisting of units 21A&B, will begin mid-April. With 2 sales in the last 30 days and a recent surge in calls and showings, we fully expect these last two units will go very quickly.
