What a difference a little sunshine makes! Yesterday was a blustery winter storm. Today is sunny and warm with clear skies, so it was a good day to walk out on the deck of the riverfront townhomes under construction to get a few photos of the views from the first floor. Despite the drab brown of the winter grass, the views are breathtaking. The feeling is one of being on a boat. The river is right below and it is constantly moving.
